MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) – Russia should stick to Internet freedom and ensure information exchange to implement business initiatives and startups, President Vladimir Putin said on Monday.
“I’m confident that we should continue to follow the principle of Internet freedom and ensure all conditions for a wide information exchange, realization of business initiatives and startups,” Putin said in a welcoming address, read by Sergei Kiriyenko, first deputy chief of staff of the presidential administration at the Russian Internet Governance Forum.
